Initiative to start collaboration between companies in smart technology field appeared for the first time in 2011. Since that time, chief technical officers from the companies and since people from universities began meeting every week until were purified cluster objectives and conducted a feasibility study and a cluster development strategy.
2011 June 27th. according to decision of the members of the cluster were registered Cluster Coordinator - Smart Technology Association. 2011 June 27th. Cluster members has signed a joint venture agreement.
Since its establishment, the members of cluster making regular meetings, with the aim to exchange experiences, to initiate and implement new projects.
